1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Revvie services, websites, QR codes, SMS programs, booking tools, AI communication tools, or related digital services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Use of Services
Revvie provides communication, automation, reservation, booking, loyalty, marketing, reputation management, AI, voice, messaging, and digital tools that enable businesses to interact with their customers and manage customer communications more efficiently.
Users agree to use Revvie services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. Revvie may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services at any time.
3. SMS Messaging Program
Customers may opt in to receive SMS messages from businesses that use the Revvie platform. Messages may include:
- Order confirmations, summaries, or receipts
- Appointment, booking, or reservation updates
- Customer service notifications
- Review requests
- Loyalty updates
- Promotional offers or marketing messages where separately consented to
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP or contact [email protected]. Revvie and participating businesses are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Consent to Receive Messages
Customers provide consent to receive SMS messages by voluntarily submitting their phone number through website forms, QR code signup pages, in-store signup forms, order systems, appointment systems, reservation systems, customer service requests, or other opt-in methods.
Customers may separately opt in to receive promotional marketing messages where applicable. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
5. Business and Client Responsibilities
Businesses using Revvie are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform, customer lists, opt-in flows, marketing campaigns, AI tools, phone numbers, and communication practices comply with applicable laws, industry rules, carrier requirements, and platform rules.
Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of the information, offers, menus, services, prices, availability, booking rules, and policies they provide to Revvie.
6. Paid Services and Client Agreements
Paid subscriptions, setup fees, usage-based charges, Voice AI usage, SMS usage, premium channel usage, advanced integrations, custom work, cancellation terms, and other client-specific commercial terms are governed by the applicable proposal, order form, invoice, service agreement, or Terms of Use accepted by the client.
7. Privacy
Phone numbers and personal information collected through Revvie services are used for the purpose of delivering requested communications, service updates, support, automation, reporting, and customer engagement services. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
All software, technology, workflows, designs, templates, branding, content, dashboards, automations, systems, prompts, and materials provided by Revvie remain the intellectual property of Revvie Technologies Inc. unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, resale, copying, or reverse engineering is prohibited.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Revvie services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Revvie does not guarantee specific revenue, bookings, rankings, reviews, deliverability, AI output accuracy, marketing performance, or business results.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revvie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill arising from or related to the use of the services.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Minimum Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or opt in to receive SMS communications, or you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
